Applications in the prescribed form should reach the Member Secretary, Comilla EPZ Medical Centre Board, Comilla EPZ, Comilla-3500, within office hours on or before 20/07/2025.
This office will not accept any applications directly. Applications submitted after the specified date will be deemed rejected. The application form is available for download on the BEPZ website.
Affidavit for age proof will not be accepted. Incomplete, defective and late applications will be considered as rejected without assigning any reason. After the initial selection, only the most suitable candidates as considered by the authorities will be allowed to participate in the written or oral test.
Educational qualification certificate attested by a 1st class gazetted officer, recent passport size photograph, national identity card, 1 copy of character certificate issued by a 1st class gazetted officer, citizenship certificate from the ward commissioner/municipal chairman of the local union council/city corporation, experience certificate (if any).
The authority retains the right to approve or deny any application without justification, and it is not obligated to make appointments or issue interview cards simply because this recruitment notice has been published. Documents submitted with the application will not be returned.
The authority's decision in the recruitment process will be conclusive. Any attempt at lobbying or any recommendations will be seen as grounds for disqualifying the candidate. The candidate will not receive any TA/DA for attending the written/oral exam.
A bank draft/pay order (non-refundable) of 500/- (five hundred) taka for post No. 01, 300/- (three hundred) taka for post No. 02 and 200/- (two hundred) taka for posts 03 and 04 in favor of Comilla EPZ Medical Center Trustee Board, Janata Bank Limited, Comilla EPZ Branch should be attached with the application.
