If the information or documents submitted by the candidate are found to be fake, false, or inconsistent with the minimum conditions sought in the notification, if proven to be fake, or if the examination is fake or In case of any misconduct, the candidature of the concerned candidate will be cancelled and appropriate legal action will be taken against him.
If incorrect information/forged documents are presented, the authority reserves the right to cancel the candidature of any candidate who has passed the examination at any time during the examination or later.
Individuals employed in government, semi-government, and autonomous organizations are required to seek permission from the appropriate authority and present this permission during their oral examination. Original copies of all certificates must be shown during the oral examination.
The candidate must provide a citizenship certificate issued by the Chairman of the Union Parishad/Municipality/City Corporation of which he is a resident, or the Mayor/Councillor of the Municipality or the Ward Councillor of the City Corporation.
In support of the claim for quotas other than women's quota, the candidate must provide a certificate/certificate issued by the appropriate authority.
If the applicant is the son/daughter or son/daughter of a freedom fighter/martyr freedom fighter, a certified photocopy of the certificate issued by the concerned Union Parishad Chairman/City Corporation Ward Councilor/Mayor/Councilor to this effect must be submitted.
If the applicant is the son/daughter or son/daughter of a freedom fighter/martyr freedom fighter, a certificate signed by the Honorable Prime Minister, a certificate issued by the Ministry of Liberation War Affairs, a certified photocopy of the Bangladesh Gazette and the Red Muktibarta must be submitted.
