Rural Poverty Alleviation Foundation (PDBF) Recruitment Notice 2022: Applications are invited for the recruitment of Panel Lawyers of Rural Poverty Alleviation Foundation under the Rural Development and Cooperatives Division of the High Court Division and Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh and the Civil Court.

Rural Poverty Alleviation Foundation (PDBF) Recruitment 2022

10 (ten) years as a lawyer of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh, out of which 3 (three) years should be in the High Court Division of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh. At the same time, at least 50 (fifty) cases should be handled and experienced individually/jointly. However, the experience in the trial work of retired Assistant/Sessions Judges/Judges will be considered as experience in the legal profession.

The applicant must have experience in the civil and criminal laws of the country, especially in the service and disciplinary rules applicable to officers/employees of government, semi-government, autonomous, semi-autonomous organizations, labor laws, banking and insurance laws, tax laws, etc.

A fee will be paid by the organization on a case-by-case basis for handling the case. The bill will be issued after deducting the cess and tax determined by the government from the said fee.

The age of the applicant cannot be more than 55 (fifty) years as on 31-12-2021. However, the age limit is relaxable in the case of retired judges.
